Working Principle

The working principle of the industrial stand mixer is to force the materials to stir and shear in the mixing chamber through the high-speed rotating stirrer or screw belt, so that materials with different particle size, density and shape can be mixed quickly and evenly. The specific process is outlined as follows:

Nutrient provision: The materials intended for amalgamation are then introduced into the mixing chamber.

Stirring: The stirrer or screw belt is rotated, thereby lifting the material to the top and subsequently dispersing it in an umbrella-like fashion. This process gives rise to convection and turbulence, which, in turn, ensure uniform mixing.

Discharging: The utilisation of mixed materials is then followed by their discharge through the discharge port, which is a prerequisite for the subsequent processing stage.
