Equipment Material Choosed

The Horizontal screw mixer can be customized with carbon steel, manganese steel, 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, 321 stainless steel or other types of steel. Different materials can also be combined.
When selecting materials for the equipment, distinction is made between the parts in contact with the materials and the parts not in contact with the materials.

Functional coatings or protective layers such as anti-corrosion, anti-adhesion, isolation and wear resistance can be added to the interior of the mixer. The surface treatment of stainless steel includes sandblasting, wire drawing, polishing, mirror finish and other methods, and can be applied to different usage areas respectively.

Working Principle

This Horizontal screw mixer uses mechanical movement to make the S-type stirring paddle rotate, causing the materials to reciprocate and react, achieving uniform mixing. During operation, it is controlled by electrical equipment. The mixing time can be set, and it will automatically stop when the time is up. It can also perform electric discharge, thereby improving the mixing quality of each batch of materials and achieving high uniformity of the mixture.
