Standard Operation Procedure

Step 1

Loading: Introduce pre-weighed raw materials into the mixing chamber through the top inlet.

Step 2

Securing: Close and securely fasten the manhole cover.

Step 3

Processing: Initiate the mixing cycle via the control panel. Set the appropriate mixing time based on material characteristics. The machine operates automatically until the timer completes the cycle.

Step 4

Discharging: Open the discharge valve (typically a large butterfly or slide valve) at the bottom cone to unload the uniformly blended product. The ribbon agitator can assist in discharging.
