Raw material processing: Crush the agarwood into wood powder of a certain particle size, generally ranging from 20 to 60 mesh.
Parameter Settings: Set the appropriate extraction pressure, extraction temperature and extraction time
Extraction operation: Put the dried agarwood powder into the extraction pot and seal the extraction pot well. Under the set temperature and pressure, CO₂ is in a supercritical state and has good dissolving capacity, which can dissolve the effective components in agarwood.
Separation operation: In the separation reactor, the pressure and temperature are reduced to restore CO₂ from the supercritical state to the normal pressure state. At this point, the solubility of CO₂ decreases, and the agarwood essential oil is separated from the extract.
Refining treatment: The agarwood essential oil obtained through separation may contain a small amount of impurities and moisture, and thus requires refining treatment. Common refining methods include filtration, centrifugation, drying, etc.
