Sunflower Oil Machine

Sunflower oil machine is produced using a physical pressing method. This process involves the application of mechanical external force to raise the temperature, thereby activating the oil molecules and extracting the oil from the sunflower seeds. 

Sunflower oil machine mainly extracts oil from sunflower seeds by physical pressing. Its workflow usually includes the following steps:
1. raw material pretreatment: including cleaning, selecting, washing and drying, to ensure that the sunflower seeds are clean and free of impurities.
2. Crushing and steaming: After sunflower seeds are crushed in a crusher, they are steamed to make the oil easier to be extracted.
3. Oil extraction by pressing: the crushed sunflower seeds are pressed by screw press or hydraulic oil press, and the oil is squeezed out from the sunflower seeds by mechanical pressure.
4. refining treatment: the gross oil after pressing needs to go through refining equipment (such as degumming machine, filter, etc.) to remove impurities and improve the quality of the oil.

Sunflower oil machine is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. feeding device: used to feed sunflower seeds into the inside of the oil press.
2. press chamber: it is the core part of the oil press, and there is a screw screw inside, which is used to squeeze the sunflower seeds and squeeze out the oil. 
3. Filtering system: used to filter the oil extracted from the press, to remove the impurities and oil particles, to get a cleaner sunflower oil.
4. transmission device: to provide power for the oil press, drive the screw and other components to work.
