Soy Milk Production Line

The production steps of soy milk production line are the main raw material treatment, grinding, filtration and heating, sterilization and packaging.

• Raw material treatment: First of all, soy beans or black beans need to be dried and peeled. Then, the treated soybeans are washed and soaked in a soaking tank with water.
• Grinding: The soaked soybeans are washed, removed and then sent to the storage tank for use. Then, the soybeans are put into a pulp mill for grinding.
• Filtration and heating: At present, the wet soybean milk processing technology is mainly divided into raw pulp method and cooked pulp method, of which cooked pulp method can be subdivided into a pulp and slag co-ripening process, secondary pulp and slag co-ripening process and hot water pulp washing process.
• Sterilization and packaging: After grinding, filtration and other steps, soy milk also needs to be sterilized to ensure the safety and shelf life of the product.
