Raw milk is received	Firstly, fresh milk is filtered and cleaned to make sure it meets the right standards.

Sterilisation	the raw milk is sterilised to kill bacteria and keep the product safe.
Vacuum concentration	The sterilised milk is concentrated to make it denser and less watery.
