Product Description

The CIP cleaning machine is a highly efficient and convenient cleaning solution that is delivered, circulated, recycled and reprocessed through a series of automated operations. This allows the cleaning process to be carried out without dismantling or moving equipment, making it a highly efficient solution for cleaning pipelines, containers and other equipment on the production line. The specific steps are as follows:
1. Pre-rinse: Preliminary rinsing of the equipment using warm water to remove most visible residues.
2. Alkaline rinsing: An alkaline cleaning solution is fed into the equipment through a high pressure pump to remove grease and protein residues.
3. Intermediate Rinse: The equipment is then rinsed with warm water to remove any residual alkaline cleaning solution.
4. Acid Rinse: The equipment is then rinsed with an acidic cleaning solution at high pressure to remove mineral deposits and other hard-to-remove dirt.
5. Final Rinse: A final rinse is carried out with purified or distilled water to ensure that there is no detergent residue left inside the equipment.
Disinfection is optional and is carried out as required to ensure the complete eradication of any residual micro-organisms.

The CIP cleaning machine process typically consists of the following steps:
1. Rinsing: A low-grade water rinse system is used to recycle the cleaning solvent. The temperature of the rinse water is usually room temperature to avoid any process fluids being left on the surface of the equipment.
2. Cleaning solvent rinse: Rinsing is performed by flowing a heated alkaline solution through the equipment, usually heated to a temperature between 60°C and 80°C. 3.

4. Acid Wash: An acid solution is flowed through the system to neutralise the residual alkaline solution cleaner.
5. Final Rinse: A final rinse with purified water removes all residual chemical solutions.
