Essential Oil Production Line

Place the petals to be extracted into the dedicated extraction equipment, usually a distiller. The distiller consists of a boiler, a condenser, and a separator. Fill the boiler with an appropriate amount of water, then put the flowers into the boiler and heat the water to make it boil, generating steam. The steam is cooled by the condenser and forms liquid essential oil and water. Since the essential oil in rose petals is lighter than water, it will float on the upper layer of the water.

Subsequently, the essential oil floating on the water was separated from the water using a separator. The separator utilized the property that essential oil is lighter than water and collected the essential oil by floating up. Generally, mechanical separation methods can be employed, such as using a centrifuge or other equipment to separate the essential oil from the water.

Finally, the extracted essential oils are stored and packaged. To maintain the purity and fragrance of the essential oils, they are usually placed in dark bottles to prevent direct sunlight exposure. Additionally, the storage environment for essential oils should avoid humidity and high temperatures to prevent the evaporation and deterioration of the oils.
