Working Principle
After the air is purified and heated, Fluidized bed granulator is sucked out from the bottom of the fluidized bed granulator by the induced draft fan, and then passes through the air distribution plate of the bin, so that the material is in the state of boiling and fluidizing powder particles or wet particles in the raw material container.
After the particles are preheated and mixed by the purified and heated air, the bonding solution is atomized and sprayed during granulation, so that several particles are clumped into particles because the material is continuously dried by hot air, the water in the particles is evaporated, and the adhesive is hardened. This process will be repeated over and over again to form ideal and uniform microporous spherules.
