Products Description
Conical Vacuum Dryer is a vertical, full-cone vessel equipped with a vertical screw mixing system for gentle mixing and drying of the product by means of an agitator at lower pressures. Due to its closed system and indirect heating of the product, the Conical Vacuum Dryer is particularly suitable for drying hazardous and toxic products to very low final moisture content.
The conical vacuum dryer works by utilizing its unique double helical stirrer (fully heated) to achieve a highly efficient heat transfer coefficient, while the combination of the toothed design and low-speed operation ensures gentle agitation of the product.
