This delivers exceptional stability and electronically controlled speed, offering seamless adjustment across a wide 0-180 RPM range for optimal film formation and evaporation efficiency.

2. Optimized Heating & Evaporation: Experience precise thermal control with our 1.5KW heating mantle. It accurately maintains temperatures from ambient up to 99°C (±1°C accuracy), paired perfectly with the large 3L evaporation flask (Ø50 flange port). Crucially, the evaporation path features high-temperature resistant GG-17 high-borosilicate glass and utilizes a reliable two-way Teflon sealing system for effective containment and heat resistance.

3. Durable, Safe Vapor Path: We utilize premium GG-17 borosilicate glass throughout the vapor path, renowned for its thermal shock resistance and chemical durability. The rotating axis incorporates this robust glass with our effective Teflon sealing for secure operation.

4. Efficient Condensation: Choose the condenser that best fits your solvent needs:

• Our high-efficiency double-line convection condenser maximizes cooling surface area.
• Alternatively, the single-line condenser with its versatile interlayer handles water, ice, or dry ice cooling for demanding low-temperature applications. Both vertical designs save valuable bench space.

5. Secure Collection & Sealed Heating: Solvents are efficiently recovered into the large 2L collection flask (35# ball mill port). The heating pot itself is a key innovation: a fully enclosed composite unit (250mm x 130mm) crafted from Aluminum alloy fused with Teflon. This design ensures safe, uniform heating and exceptional chemical resistance right where it matters most.

6. Motorized Vertical Adjustment: Effortlessly raise or lower the entire evaporation assembly with the integrated 15W motorized lift, providing 120mm of smooth vertical travel for safe flask engagement and disengagement.
