It includes the transfer and mixing of various materials and the precise control and display of temperature, pressure, pH, DO (dissolved oxygen), foam, liquid level, and volume. It also manages the amount of alkali replenishment, replenishment volume, replenishment rate, aseptic filtration, and the measurement and display of incoming air, oxygen, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen (if any). Additionally, it ensures the proper control of condensation, heating, and aseptic filtration of exhaust, and handles the necessary online cleaning and sterilization operations during the production process.
