Pill Compressor Machine

The main working element of the pill compressor machine is the punching die, which includes three parts: the upper punch, the middle die and the lower punch. The working process is as follows:
1. The punch part of the lower punch extends into the middle die hole from the lower end of the middle die hole and seals the bottom of the middle die hole.
2. Fill the hole of the middle mould with drugs by using the feeder.
3. The punch part of the upper punch falls into the hole of the middle mould from the upper end of the hole of the middle mould and travels down for a certain stroke to press the medicine powder into tablets.
4. The upper punch lifts out of the hole, and the lower punch rises to push the tablets out of the hole of the middle die, completing the process of pressing tablets once.
5. The lower punch descends to the original position, ready for the next filling.
