Vacuum Filling Machine

Vacuum filling machine uses continuous vacuum suction to draw the product into the container. This continuous suction is generated by a vacuum pump connected to the vacuum chamber and a special filling valve. The filling valve consists of a filling sleeve containing a vacuum tube which is used to divert excess product back into the vacuum chamber, thus effectively preventing overflow. The filling volume is determined by the depth to which the filling head reaches into the container, so that the filling level will remain the same regardless of bottle volume.

1.Boxes containing empty bottles are stacked on pallets and conveyed to the pallet unloader, where the pallets are unloaded one by one.
2.The empty boxes are then conveyed to the unloading machine via the conveyor belt, and the empty bottles are extracted from the boxes.
3.The empty boxes are then conveyed to the box washer by the conveyor belt, and subsequently transported to the box loading machine following a thorough cleaning process.
4.Empty bottles are then taken out from the unloader and sent by another conveyor belt to the bottle washer for sterilisation and cleaning.
5.Following a thorough inspection by the bottle inspection machine to ensure they meet the required cleanliness standards, the bottles are then directed to the filling and capping machines.
6.The filling machine and capping machine then fill the bottles with the drinks.
7.The bottles are then conveyed to the labelling machine for labelling, and after labelling, they are sent to the cartoning machine for loading into boxes.
8.The boxes are then sent to the pallet stacking machine to be stacked on pallets and sent to the warehouse.
