Product Description
The powder filling and sealing machine realises a one-stop packaging process from article supply to discharge collection on an assembly line through an automated control system. It firstly conveys the articles smoothly to the packing area by using material conveyor belt or vibrator, and then supplies the packing materials such as rolls or sheets to the packing area by means of roll holder and cutter. Next, the items and packaging materials are automatically matched and aligned, and the packaging area is sealed with a hot or cold seal to ensure packaging quality and safety. Afterwards, compression devices and cutting machines are used to compress and cut the sealed packaging materials to ensure tightness and aesthetics of the package. Finally, the packed and sealed items are collected and stacked by conveyor belt or collecting tray, and can be equipped with automatic sorting, counting and other functions to achieve efficient automatic production and packaging.
