- Mixing Tank
U-shaped or horizontal cylindrical design, made from stainless steel (304/316L) or carbon steel (with optional anti-corrosion coating).
- Dual Ribbon Blades
Outer Spiral Ribbon. Moves material axially along the tank walls.
- Inner Spiral Ribbon
Drives material in the opposite direction, creating convection and shear for fast, homogenous mixing.
- Drive System
Heavy-duty motor + reducer for low-speed, high-torque operation (20-60 RPM range).
Working Principle
- Convection mixing: Internal and external screw belt rotates in opposite directions, pushing the material to form two-way flow in axial and radial directions.
- Shear mixing: Shear force is generated between the layers of materials with different speeds to break the agglomeration and realize uniform dispersion.
- Diffusion mixing: Materials in motion due to position exchange spontaneous diffusion, suitable for homogenization of trace ingredients.
