The working principle of vacuum drying oven involves the heat transfer process in the internal vacuum environment, including natural convection and radiation heat transfer. When the working pressure inside the vacuum drying oven is close to the absolute vacuum, the temperature distribution inside the oven will change significantly, and as the pressure inside the oven decreases, the proportion of the radiant heat transfer to the total heat transfer gradually increases, resulting in poor temperature uniformity inside the oven. Therefore, the measurement and calibration of the temperature field of the vacuum drying oven is an important link to ensure its correct use.
