The hot air, usually heated to temperatures suitable for the specific food being processed, is then introduced into the drying chamber. The combination of the tiny droplets and the hot air ensures maximum surface area for evaporation, resulting in rapid and uniform drying. The dried particles are then separated from the exhaust air, typically through cyclones or bag filters, and collected in a container for further processing or packaging.
