Small Lyophilizer

Small lyophilizer is a kind of technical equipment that uses the principle of electric heating to dry materials. The working principle of the small lyophilizer is to heat the material at a temperature lower than its eutectic point by means of electric heating, so as to accelerate the sublimation speed of moisture, especially for resolving and drying the moisture in viscous materials, sugary materials and solid materials, etc., thus shortening the freeze-drying time and improving the freeze-drying efficiency. The advantages of small lyophilizer include the ability to realise in-situ freeze drying, change the cumbersome operation of the drying process in the past, prevent material contamination and realise the automation of drying and sublimation. In addition, this equipment also has shelf heating and programmable functions, can memorise the freeze-drying curve, comes with a U disk extraction function, which is convenient for users to observe the freeze-drying process of the material.
