Product Description

The working principle of Benchtop Freeze Dryer is based on vacuum freeze drying technology, which involves the process of dehydrating materials at low temperatures and pressures. Specifically, the freeze dryer first freezes the object below the eutectic point temperature and then removes the water from the object by sublimation drying under higher vacuum conditions. This process not only maintains the original structure and biological activity of the material, but also effectively reduces the loss of nutrients.

Applications

The Benchtop Freeze Dryer is not only suitable for the freeze drying of bulk (liquid, pasty, solid) conventional materials, but also suitable for the drying of the vials materials. When the materials are ready for freeze-drying, they are put into in the vial, then begin freeze drying after the vials' lids covered untightly. The capping device compacts the vials' lids to prevent secondary pollution, re-adsorb water, and facilitate long-term storage.
